413 Sports is available for your next game, league, birthday party, and more! To reserve a rental time with 413 Sports, please read and acknowledge your understanding of the the rental agreement below by completing the form and selecting “Submit” to proceed to the reservation screen. Upon your submission, 413 Sports will review your request and, upon approval and confirmation, will provide additional detail about how to pay via Venmo.
Rental Fee: $75 per hour
413 Sports Rental Agreement
The Responsible Party will insure that ALL lights are turned off and ALL doors are locked. ALL parties utilizing the Facility shall act in an orderly fashion, and the Responsible Party bears the sole financial responsibility for any damage occurring to the building, grounds, or equipment during their allotted time. Non-conformance with these usage stipulations will result in cancellation of usage, even if the rental time and length of lease has not expired and will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Proper non-marring footwear is required at all times when participating in activities at the Facility. No black soled shoes or boots are allowed at any time.
The Responsible Party shall insure that the Facility is kept clean and ready for the next user. Any costs incurred by 413 Sports Inc to make repairs or in hiring a cleaning crew as a result of abuse shall be the sole responsibility of the Renter. 413 Sports, Inc. DOES NOT provide health insurance and the Responsible Party certifies that all parties utilizing the Facility during their rental period/lease term have sufficient health insurance coverage.
The Responsible Party also wholly and completely indemnifies 413 Sports Inc. from any and all liabilities arising from injuries or death at the Facility. Certificate of insurance is due with return of the agreement. The Responsible Party shall also insure that supervisors or chaperones made up of competent adults over the age of twenty-one (21) are present at any activity held at the Facility involving parties under the age of twenty-one(21).
In renting the Facility,413 Sports Inc. does not relinquish the right to control the management thereof and shall have the right at any time to enter the Facility for any purpose. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Venue for any dispute regarding this agreement shall be Baltimore County, Maryland.
